TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Washington, D.C.; occasional travel within the state and nationally may be required
Salary: USD $62,000–$67,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary state-level contact and youth subject matter expert for Army National Guard youth programs.
- Develop, plan, and deliver educational curricula, workshops, camps, and academic activities.
- Coordinate with the State Family Programs Director and Program Management Team to align services with military family needs and national performance metrics.
- Create marketing materials, publications, instructional materials, and program reports.
- Analyze program data from multiple sources and communicate information in written and verbal formats.
- Recruit, train, and manage state-level volunteers while building partnerships with youth service organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of two years of college and direct youth programming experience.
- Experience developing youth curricula, educational programming, and program delivery.
- Significant experience working with youth of different ages and knowledge of youth development needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including instructional and presentation materials.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C.
- Availability outside traditional work hours, including after-school hours, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight work.
