Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Seattle, WA, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Starting base salary: $156,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity and additional compensation components.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the post-submit transfer experience across mobile, web, and messaging surfaces.
• Define transfer status updates, notifications, delay and exception handling, and recipient-side communications.
• Reduce support contact volume by addressing customer questions directly in the product.
• Develop growth opportunities including failed-payment recovery, repeat-send prompts, referrals, and next-best-action orchestration.
• Advocate for customers across payout operations, risk, compliance, customer support, lifecycle marketing, and external payout partners.
• Build experimentation and research practices using quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital products at scale.
• Experience owning a customer-facing product surface from strategy through launch and iteration with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing transactional or operational experiences, including failure and exception paths.
• Strong data fluency, including hypothesis design, A/B testing, and independent data analysis.
• Ability to influence and align teams outside direct management responsibility.
• Excellent written communication and experience working with distributed teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, remittances, logistics, delivery, travel, or another status-focused domain.
• Experience with lifecycle messaging, notification platforms, or CRM systems.
• Experience with personalization, next-best-action, or ML-driven decisioning systems.
• Experience partnering closely with customer support or operations teams.
