Software Development Manager (Java/Angular)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Corporate Headquarters, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $121,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 software developers.
• Foster high performance and continuous improvement across the team.
• Provide technical guidance for scalable and resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams on architecture and design decisions.
• Support the design and development of complex applications based on business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong application project experience with Java, Angular, or JavaScript.
• Experience developing teams and managing full project lifecycles.
• Ability to work on-site; all positions are on-site.
