About the Role

You will own the technical roadmap for an issuing program construct and guide its development from initial build through scaled adoption. You will establish engineering capabilities, make technical decisions, coach engineers, manage delivery and technical debt, collaborate with partners, and shape features around customer and market needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience building and coaching high-performance engineering teams
• FinTech experience with Issuing or Banking exposure, or experience managing critical global products at scale
• In-depth knowledge of API-based financial services
• Experience with Java Postgres Kafka RabbitMQ Redis and Elastic
• Strong execution and communication skills
• Stakeholder management experience
• Experience leading complex projects with external partners
• Strategic thinking and influencing skills
• Strong customer focus
• United States work authorization without needing new visa sponsorship
