What you will do

• Lead large cross-team projects and ensure successful production delivery.
• Define product roadmaps and contribute to quarterly planning.
• Review feature designs to ensure non-functional requirements and scalability are met.
• Manage technical debt, incident handling, and overall system stability.
• Hire, evaluate, and motivate engineers while fostering a business-oriented culture.
• Optimize internal processes to improve team productivity and stakeholder transparency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on reliable, scalable systems.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of building scalable distributed systems and high-load architectures.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP, and microservices.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and product development.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go (Golang).
