CRM/Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours

Salary: PHP 85,000–105,000 per month

What you will do

• Build, manage, and scale CRM automations, customer segments, and personalization across the customer lifecycle.
• Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns for launches, promotions, and key trading periods.
• Develop CRM roadmaps and strategies that support client growth, retention, lifetime value, and purchase frequency.
• Own CRM reporting and analyze revenue contribution, open and click rates, conversion, and LTV.
• Translate customer and campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plans.
• Maintain data hygiene, improve team processes, and collaborate with content, performance marketing, and design teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar CRM or email marketing role and 3+ years in an agency environment.
• Strong retention marketing knowledge and hands-on experience with EDM and CRM marketing tools.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Marapost, Mailchimp, or comparable platforms.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience preparing visual campaign assets with creative and digital design teams; strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
