Finance Leadership Trainee

What you will do

• Complete a three-year finance rotation across Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Credit.
• Review customer data and financial documentation, including invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Assist customers with financial matters by phone and email.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance and deliver strong customer service.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams while receiving mentoring from senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Prior leadership experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
