Branch Manager (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Sarasota, Florida, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and present appropriate lending options.
• Lead team meetings, align employees with branch goals, and motivate high performance.
• Train employees on branch operations, compliance, and collections while providing real-time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities and help customers develop solutions for overdue accounts.
• Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent while providing actionable feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational issues, apply strategic thinking, and collaborate with peers and management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within six months of the start date.
• College degree or experience in underwriting, credit decision-making, or a related financial industry is preferred.
