Finance Intern, Global Shared Services - The Toro Company (AI)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, United States. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, and candidates must be available for the full program.

Salary: $20–$24 per hour, depending on academic standing, business function, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Support the Accounts Payable team by managing invoice exceptions caused by data issues, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, and unique circumstances.
• Teach and train an artificial intelligence invoice data capture solution.
• Participate in a summer-long Finance project.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on reducing breakdowns and errors.
• Manage vendor inquiries, address concerns, and resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferably entering senior year in Fall 2027, with expected graduation in Spring 2028.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
