Salary: $21.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Learn business processes and functions within the managed care industry.
• Contribute to projects supporting business performance and operational efficiency.
• Support initiatives across project management, process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, workforce planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Communicate project status and results to mentors and management.
• Attend training and development presentations.
• Follow company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period.
• Preference for an academic field related to the hiring department.
• Ability to apply academic knowledge, learn new skills, and collaborate on business projects.
