Finance & Accounting Rotational Program - May 2027 Grads

Location: Mequon, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Complete a two-year rotational program across finance foundations, accounting, cost accounting, and business partnership or financial planning and analysis.
• Contribute to individual and cross-functional projects that develop finance skills, business acumen, systems familiarity, and organizational relationships.
• Support day-to-day responsibilities and project work across multiple areas of the business.
• Work with different managers during each rotation while maintaining a long-term mentoring relationship.
• Participate in professional development and additional training in areas such as presentation skills, project management, conflict management, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• May 2027 graduation date and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Initiative focused on excellence, results, and process improvement.
• Leadership experience in work, school, or community settings.
• Related internship or work experience, with the ability to plan and communicate ideas and concepts.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Prior experience with ERP systems.
