AI Training & Enablement Lead

Location: Remote within the USA; Austin, Texas preferred. Periodic in-person team and company off-sites may be available.

What you will do

• Own the company-wide AI learning and enablement roadmap for employees, managers, leaders, power users, and builders.
• Assess workflows across engineering, manufacturing, project delivery, finance, sales, recruiting, and People teams, then create role-specific learning experiences.
• Deliver workshops, workflow labs, onboarding sessions, office hours, team coaching, live demonstrations, videos, job aids, and reusable examples.
• Build an enablement hub containing approved-tool guidance, workflow playbooks, prompt and agent patterns, verification checklists, and internal examples.
• Develop an AI champion network and convert recurring questions into training, templates, controlled experiments, or briefs for automation teams.
• Evaluate new models, agents, and workflow patterns while measuring adoption, repeat use, workflow reuse, confidence, quality, cycle time, hours freed, and responsible-use signals.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating clear teaching of complex technology through facilitation, video, writing, job aids, or combined formats.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and workflows, including an agent, automation, reusable workflow, or similar capability personally built or configured.
• Evidence of changing behavior and sustaining adoption, supported by measurable operating results.
• Ability to diagnose business workflows and determine when AI, deterministic automation, or human judgment is the right approach.
• Exceptional facilitation and storytelling across audiences ranging from frontline operators to executives.
• Practical judgment regarding confidentiality, permissions, hallucinations, grounding, output verification, human review, and situations where AI should not be used.

Nice to have

• Public teaching or community-building experience through YouTube, courses, newsletters, workshops, or similar work.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, data centers, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or another physical operating environment.
• Background in developer education, customer education, solutions consulting, technical enablement, change leadership, or adult learning.
• Ability to record and edit concise screen-based tutorials and demonstrations.
• Experience with agents, APIs, low-code tools, code, champion networks, communities of practice, academies, or hackathons.
