Lead Instructor: AI Augmented Engineering

Location: Remote within North America (NAMER); availability for consistent synchronous blocks during US Pacific time is required.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging live virtual sessions through Microsoft Teams on AI-augmented full-stack development.
• Teach agentic workflows, spec-driven development, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and governance and compliance in AI-assisted engineering.
• Adapt session depth and pacing to learner needs, from beginners to advanced participants.
• Review pre-work to identify cohort challenges and focus live instruction on difficult topics.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and curriculum designers to stay aligned with the evolving content.

Requirements

• Credibility and technical depth sufficient to instruct senior enterprise full-stack engineers as a peer.
• Strong live facilitation skills, including pacing, audience engagement, reading the room, and handling off-script questions.
• Experience delivering multi-week technical training to software engineers.
• Professional software engineering background and sufficient technical fluency to answer questions during sessions.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Availability for a 12-week delivery period, approximately October 2026 through January 2027, during US Pacific time.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching AI/ML or agentic development topics.
• Developer relations or technical education experience.
• Experience working in regulated industries.
