Sourcing Specialist (Mortgage)

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; Monday to Friday, 6:30AM–3:30PM Philippine Time; Australian holidays.

Salary: PHP35,000–PHP40,000 per month, plus potential paid leave and HMO benefits.

hirify.global operates an internal sourcing function supporting recruitment for Australian and New Zealand mortgage support roles.

What you will do

• Source and engage candidates through Workable, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews to assess candidate fit.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate profiles and sourcing pipelines in the ATS.
• Collect introduction videos and other candidate materials.
• Coordinate and track typing assessments.
• Work with recruiters to move candidates through the early hiring stages.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing or offshore staffing environment.
• Required: experience with Australian mortgage roles or processes, including Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, Mortgage Broker Assistant, or Parabroker positions.
• Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage processes and financial services workflows.
• Hands-on ATS experience, preferably with Workable.
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, resume-review, and candidate-assessment skills.
