What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including developing job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with VPs, Senior Managers, and HR to build a talent pipeline for salaried and industrial trade positions.
• Determine optimal sourcing channels and develop performance-based interview questions for field-based roles.
• Coordinate offer letter details, including wages and start dates, and lead offer presentations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and lead new hire orientations for the remote workforce.
• Maintain candidate data and track recruitment progress using the Smart Recruiters ATS.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume recruiting for industrial or skilled trades across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines in tight labour markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MS Outlook.
• Must be based in the United States to support the hybrid/remote work arrangement.
• Experience with Smart Recruiters is considered an asset.
• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or a relevant field is a plus.
