Recruitment Specialist

Location: Remote from Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines; work aligned with the Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule and Manila graveyard shift.

Salary: ₱30,000–₱45,000 per month.

What you will do

• Set up recruitment pipelines, publish job advertisements, interview candidates, and coordinate onboarding.
• Source and network with potential hires through professional groups, social media, virtual events, job sites, and niche recruitment websites.
• Assess candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the application process.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager and department heads to define qualification criteria.
• Maintain candidate and employee databases for current and future vacancies.
• Analyze hiring trends, recruitment software, and agency performance, then recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for U.S. hires.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting, such as hiring approximately 100 candidates per month.
• Willingness to work the PST schedule during the Manila graveyard shift.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of major job sites and social-media sourcing techniques.
• Own laptop or desktop with at least 8 GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
