Senior Talent Sourcer (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote, with the role listed in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Source and engage candidates for technical, product, and business roles in fintech.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and comparable sourcing platforms to identify candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines of pre-qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct outreach and initial screening conversations focused on interest, motivation, and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and sourcing trackers while monitoring fintech market trends.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in fintech or technology.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven approach to sourcing.
• Research mindset, persistence, multitasking ability, and strong prioritization skills.
• Collaborative attitude and interest in fintech, roles, and emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor, Lever, or Greenhouse.
