Customer Service Internship - Year Round

Location: On-site in Hudson, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $22 per hour

What you will do

• Guide and process customer orders and account inquiries using customer service technology.
• Build business relationships with customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers navigate hirify.global's website and online ordering tools.
• Deliver service by solving customer problems and supporting business needs.

Requirements

• Available for an on-site, full-time year-round internship.
• Open to junior and senior college students only.
• Availability to work 15 hours per week during the school year.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong work ethic.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
