Recruiter

Location: Remote; preferably based in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Full-time position with a 40-hour work week.

What you will do

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom after calibration with the hiring team.
• Support senior recruiters with recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or RPO environments; candidates with 2+ years and strong learning ability may also be considered.
• Proven sourcing experience across multiple platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team and use AI tools in recruiting workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a talent acquisition team in a contract or RPO capacity.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms.
• Recruiting experience in technology-enabled or legal/professional services companies.
