hirify.global's recruitment team sources and engages professionals for technical and IT roles.

What you will do

• Source candidates for technical and IT positions using AI, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, ATS databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Research the market, create targeted candidate lists, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Contact potential candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other channels using personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Provide basic information about opportunities, answer initial questions, and hand interested candidates over to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate and outreach data in the ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters to improve search strategies and track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT and technology terminology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong online research skills, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
• Comfort initiating conversations with people who are not previously known.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, work independently, and collaborate with recruiters.
• Strong attention to detail, persistence, patience, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Experience with online research, lead generation, sales prospecting, customer service, or similar work.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about IT roles and technical skill sets.
