Analyst, Portfolio Construction & Trading (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in the Boston office

Base salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, plus potential discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support portfolio implementation and trade execution across Portfolio Construction and Trading functions.
• Apply quantitative analysis and data-driven methods to global equity-market workflows.
• Use Python, AI tools, automation, and data analysis to address investment-management problems.
• Improve the tools, systems, and processes supporting portfolio construction and trading.
• Contribute to analytical, trading, and portfolio-implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a STEM program.
• Strong quantitative and technical capabilities.
• Comfort working with data and code, particularly Python.
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and interest in quantitative investment workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in the Boston office at least 3 days per week.
