What you will do

• Collaborate with multiple firm functions and divisions as a strategic partner, working independently with senior professionals on global initiatives.
• Own monthly financial closes, perform balance sheet analysis, and deliver financial reporting and analysis for non-compensation expenses.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and accounting schedules, including budget governance and adherence to financial policies.
• Strengthen internal controls by reviewing and proposing policies, improving financial/operational reporting transparency, and managing operating expenses to drive cost efficiencies.
• Analyze financial and operational data from global projects and present findings clearly to support decision-making by senior management.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and improve/automate processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and control.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant finance experience (Chartered Accountant/MBA preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge and basic proficiency with MS PowerPoint.
• Clear and effective communication skills in writing and verbally.
• Experience working in a global setup (advantage).
