Sr. Trading Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship and must be able to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Salary: $70,000–$87,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The posted range reflects target base salary ranges for roles in Colorado, California, and New York; the specific range depends on location and qualifications.

What you will do

• Respond to and resolve client questions and issues related to Trading, OMS, and IBOR products.
• Provide hands-on support and functional and conceptual instruction to help clients use the platform effectively.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
• Assess issue criticality, prioritize simultaneous cases, and coordinate resolutions across the organization.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams on root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Familiarity with trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instruments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems, learn continuously, and work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment with changing priorities.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in investment management or with Order Management Systems.
