AVP Tech Lead - Software Development (.NET/AWS)

Location: Fort Mill/Charlotte, United States; hybrid

Salary: $140,500–$234,100 annual base salary

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for AWS-based applications and services.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-enabled web applications, enterprise services, and application components.
• Guide teams in implementing cloud-native architectures and service-oriented solutions.
• Analyze existing systems, identify modernization opportunities, and assess technical risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, QA, release management, and governance teams to deliver compliant solutions.
• Mentor developers, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and communicate technical designs and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Angular or a similar UI framework.
• 7+ years of .NET development experience.
• 7+ years of SQL Server experience.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS services, including CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, Fargate/EKS, and Aurora.
• Availability for the Fort Mill/Charlotte hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tooling.
