What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
• Drive strategic direction, project prioritization, and resource allocation for software solutions.
• Oversee the adoption of modern architectural patterns, frameworks, and industry standards.
• Deploy AI technologies within the SDLC and customer-facing applications, including agentic flows and guardrails.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage financial budgets, estimating costs and revenues to align with corporate targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN.
• Proven experience in product software engineering, including system architecture, design, and deployment.
• Expertise in people management, conflict resolution, and fostering a cohesive team culture.
• Proficiency in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of API design, application security, and architectural patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and financial budget management.

Nice to have

• Experience with .Net, C#, SQL Server, and Angular.
• Knowledge of Open Spec/Spec Kit.
