Director of Facilities & Workplace Experience

What you will do

• Direct daily operations across corporate buildings and maintain required quality, cleanliness, safety, and performance standards.
• Lead a diverse Facilities team of more than 150 employees and support efficient operations and a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct facilities audits and coordinate issue resolution with managers to keep campuses in top condition.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors supporting custodial services, food services, landscaping, FF&E, and facility projects.
• Develop budgets and operational reports to support long-term facilities strategy and project planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience managing facilities teams.
• Experience managing large corporate offices, grounds, food services, and related workplace operations.
• Finance or accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site; all positions are on-site.
