Global Workplace Lead

Location: New York, United States; on-site role with travel to hirify.global offices globally

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Manage and develop the Workplace Experience team through direction-setting, coaching, and performance development.
• Own operational quality across offices by tracking service levels and space utilization and resolving recurring issues.
• Build the global workplace experience budget and vendor strategy, holding contractors and service providers accountable.
• Lead workplace programs through office openings, relocations, and other major transitions.
• Shape how hirify.global's brand and culture are expressed through office environments and physical spaces.
• Turn data, stakeholder input, and business context into continuous-improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
• 2+ years of people-management experience, including leading office moves or openings.
• Experience overseeing workplace operations across multiple offices, preferably in more than one country.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to workplace operations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and translate company strategy into local execution.
• Willingness to work in an on-site role and travel to hirify.global offices globally.
