Manager, PX, GWE, Workplace Experience

Location: Collegeville, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work assignment. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Annual base salary: $99,200–$165,400, plus a 12.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead workplace experience strategy and consistent service standards across a cluster of North America Commercial sites.
• Manage soft services, hospitality, workplace logistics, colleague amenities, space activation, and day-to-day service excellence.
• Partner with Integrated Facility Management providers, site leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and colleague satisfaction.
• Use data, colleague feedback, service performance insights, and workplace trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Support workplace transformation, agile and flexible workplace solutions, site expansions, upgrades, service enhancements, and technology integrations.
• Represent Global Workplace Experience in crisis management and workplace risk management activities, while supporting safety, sustainability, and colleague well-being initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in workplace experience, hospitality, soft services, facilities, or portfolio-based site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, master’s degree with 2+ years, PhD with 0+ years, associate’s degree with 8 years, or high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-site programs and influencing cross-functional teams, IFM providers, vendors, and stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budget, service model, vendor performance, and cost-management experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and change-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and emerging workplace technologies, with interest in artificial intelligence and smart building solutions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, Design, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional designation or industry certification.
• Experience in a multi-site North America Commercial environment.
