Head of Workplace Operations

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (5 days onsite)

Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and scale the global workplace operations function, owning strategy and execution.
• Manage physical office operations, facilities, and real estate for San Francisco and New York locations.
• Hire, develop, and lead an Office Manager and build a world-class operations team.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and day-to-day operational logistics.
• Direct office equipment, technology management, and space utilization planning.
• Manage real estate budgets, capital expenditures, and office renovation projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years in workplace operations, facilities management, or real estate administration.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience managing multiple office locations or scaled workplace operations.
• Proven track record in budget ownership, vendor management, and capital project delivery.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, and building code compliance.
• Experience supporting a growing tech company through multiple growth phases.
