What you will do
- Craft and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads.
- Lead discovery calls, qualify prospects, and guide them through the trial experience.
- Manage communication channels with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Test new growth channels and take ownership of experimental results.
- Track pipeline stages and iterate on processes to improve conversion rates.
- Utilize AI tools to automate and enhance sales workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles.
- Native-level fluency in German is required.
- Proven experience in outbound campaign execution and discovery call management.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline tracking.
- Must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
