What you will do
- Own and develop a portfolio of mid-market target accounts in the DACH region.
- Identify and prioritize strategic accounts based on ICP, industry focus, and buying signals.
- Build net-new pipeline through thoughtful, multi-touch outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
- Run structured discovery and qualification calls and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support deal progression and maintain CRM discipline.
- Contribute to refining messaging, segmentation, and mid-market playbooks.
Requirements
- German: C2 level is essential and strong English communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR in a B2B tech startup.
- Experience working with mid-market accounts or complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- Strong ownership mindset and a structured, strategic, data-driven approach to account development.
- Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders and strong relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or regulated industries.
- Experience leveraging industry events for pipeline generation.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo.
- Experience in an early-stage startup (Series A–B).
