What you will do

• Shape logistics strategy across LTL, parcel, truckload, intermodal, ocean, and air transportation.
• Own carrier procurement, contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, and performance management.
• Use data and market insights to improve reliability, service levels, and transportation costs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics and transportation team.
• Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams on long-term transportation initiatives supporting the distribution network and same-day shipping promise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven experience leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing carrier relationships, negotiations, and performance.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of improving logistics operations.
• All positions are on-site.
