Quality Assurance Analyst (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for web, desktop, and backend applications.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across e-commerce and mobile platforms serving the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Coordinate test environments and test data for planned testing activities.
• Partner with developers, business teams, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.
• Ability to coordinate test environments and test data.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools.
• Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana, and DBeaver.
