Automation QA Engineer (C#)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; hybrid with 50% in-office work

What you will do

• Plan regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, and performance testing for new and existing functionality.
• Design testing strategies and integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tests and reduce testing time and effort.
• Implement and execute test cases in collaboration with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders.
• Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Champion testing coverage and a quality-focused mindset within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and software development practices.
• Experience with Selenium, C#, Postman, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous delivery, application performance monitoring, and observability tools.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with experience using Agile planning tools such as Azure DevOps.
