Fullstack Engineer (AI SaaS)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany; full-time, in-office role.

Salary: €66,000–€120,000 per year.

hirify.global is an early-stage enterprise AI SaaS startup building a platform for company-wide AI adoption.

What you will do

• Design and implement backend systems and APIs for an enterprise AI platform.
• Build end-to-end features across Node.js, database layers, and frontend integrations.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, SQL queries, and data models for scalability.
• Integrate APIs with third-party services and AI providers.
• Contribute to system architecture, codebase reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in customer-facing support engineer rotations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React or Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid PostgreSQL and SQL experience, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and owning production features end-to-end.
• Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI/ML services.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, system design skills, communication, and willingness to join regular customer-facing support rotations.
