Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Own product marketing for AI capabilities within the Freshservice platform, including positioning and messaging.
• Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap and define customer value throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and PR.
• Create sales enablement content, such as battlecards, FAQs, demos, and competitive messaging.
• Develop customer-facing assets, including web content, blogs, videos, and webinars.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine the AI narrative and future product direction.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching AI, machine learning, GenAI, Copilot, or agentic AI capabilities.
• Ability to simplify technical AI concepts for both business and technical audiences.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches from planning to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Boston, MA and able to work in-office 3 days per week.
