What you will do

• Source, identify, and screen candidates for technical roles.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent hirify.global and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in people.
• Proficiency with PC tools, including Outlook and search platforms.
• Tenacious, proactive approach and ability to solve recruitment challenges.
