What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leadership to calibrate talent needs and define role requirements.
• Communicate the company's technical vision and product mission to attract top-tier candidates.
• Iterate on the interview process, recruiting strategy, and employer brand to improve candidate experience.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of passive technical talent across multiple disciplines.
• Use data and metrics to track recruiting performance and provide actionable feedback to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or early-stage startups.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
• Experience articulating the value of early-stage opportunities, equity, and ownership to candidates.
• Demonstrated experience as a builder, whether creating processes, team initiatives, or side projects.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical opportunities clearly and honestly.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities while maintaining recruiting quality.
