Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite

Salary: $82,000–$122,900 annually

What you will do

• Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates using standard recruiting guidelines and principles.
• Build candidate pipelines and networks by promoting SEL’s culture and values.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities and fill positions efficiently with qualified talent.
• Recommend internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
• Mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Lead and support recruiting improvement initiatives while managing confidential files and information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience.
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values.
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and data.
• Strong organizational, writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, work independently, and cooperate in a team environment.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical recruiting environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System tools.
