Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, particularly in software engineering and platform development.
• Partner with engineering, product, and hiring leaders to build hiring plans informed by talent insights and market trends.
• Source hard-to-find technical candidates and build talent pipelines in competitive markets.
• Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and applicant tracking systems to improve process efficiency and guide stakeholder decisions.
• Deliver a human, honest candidate experience and champion inclusive hiring practices.
• Represent the technology organization at industry events and collaborate with People & Culture on hiring priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, especially in software or product-centric environments.
• Working knowledge of programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced technology organizations.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, and translating data into action.
• Ability to balance strategic hiring goals with an excellent candidate experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and influence thoughtfully.
• Commitment to building diverse teams and fostering equity throughout the hiring process.
• Comfort working across time zones and adapting as priorities evolve.
