Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, particularly software engineering and platform development positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to create hiring plans informed by talent insights and market trends.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-find, high-skill candidates in competitive markets.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve process efficiency and guide stakeholder discussions.
• Deliver a human, honest, and mission-aligned candidate experience while championing inclusive hiring practices.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and collaborate with People & Culture on company-wide hiring priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, especially in software or product-centric environments.
• Working knowledge of programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced technology organizations.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, and translating recruiting data into action.
• Ability to balance strategic hiring goals with an excellent candidate experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to guide and influence with care.
• Commitment to building diverse teams and fostering equity throughout the hiring process.
• Comfort working across time zones and adapting as priorities evolve.
