ServiceNow Solutions Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Configure and develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, scripts, integrations, and UI customizations.
• Extend the ServiceNow platform using maintainable, upgrade-safe development practices.
• Apply declarative and programmatic approaches while keeping the platform clean and performant.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver production-ready ServiceNow functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5 and ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, MID Servers, Service Portal widgets, the ServiceNow data model, and CMDB concepts.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, App Engine Studio, or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
