Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$111,250–CA$150,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, automation, security, data integrity, performance, and day-to-day platform health.
• Stabilize the post-migration Salesforce org, resolve migration debt, improve data quality, and maintain reliable HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization.
• Translate requirements from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Revenue Operations into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, test coverage, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, apps, and declarative automation.
• Lead QA, regression testing, UAT coordination, sandbox strategy, deployments, release notes, and change documentation.
• Direct external partners, review all proposed metadata changes, support integrations and automation workflows, and improve the broader revenue technology stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years administering, building, and developing Salesforce Sales Cloud, including primary or sole ownership of a Salesforce org in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Apex experience with classes, triggers, debugging, and test coverage, plus advanced Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Experience building and maintaining Lightning Web Components and designing Salesforce data models, object relationships, and automation architecture.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, native connectors, middleware, field mappings, synchronization logic, and integration error handling.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and third-party access auditing.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is required; candidates must be Canadian citizens or eligible to work in Canada and must complete a criminal records check.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n or comparable workflow automation tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, NetSuite, or other revenue, support, and operational platforms.
• Knowledge of NetSuite and quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or Platform Administrator II certification.
• Experience reducing technical debt or rationalizing an over-customized Salesforce org.
