Senior Software Developer (w/ Creatio Experience) Full Time / Part-Time

Location: Permanent remote; work from home or anywhere you are most productive. Core overlap: 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM PH time.

What you will do

• Design and build custom sections, pages, objects, and details across Creatio Studio, Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Develop Freedom UI pages and maintain or migrate Classic UI schemas across Creatio versions.
• Model and optimize BPMN business processes and DCM cases, including production troubleshooting.
• Write C# and .NET server-side customizations using the Creatio server API.
• Build REST, SOAP, OData 4, and OAuth 2.0 integrations with reliable retry and error-handling behavior.
• Manage SQL-based analysis, data migration, deployments, testing, documentation, and production support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of total IT experience, including hands-on Creatio development and customization.
• Working knowledge of both Creatio Classic UI and Freedom UI.
• Strong C# and .NET skills, plus JavaScript for client-side development.
• Integration experience with REST, SOAP, OData, and JSON or XML payloads.
• Solid SQL experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server for analysis and data migration.
• Availability for core overlap from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM PH time.

Nice to have

• Creatio certifications and automated Creatio package deployment experience.
• Git or SVN and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Creatio access rights modeling, Angular, Creatio Mobile, or Creatio.ai experience.
• Agile or Scrum delivery experience.
