Senior Developer (B2C), Applications Development (Salesforce)

Location: Virtual remote role within the United States

Salary: $125,000–$147,100 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs. State-required pay thresholds apply to remote employees residing in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon, or Washington.

What you will do

• Design, build, configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, scheduled classes, and batch classes.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including scrum meetings, user-story analysis, task assignment, and requirements-gap resolution.
• Manage data updates and migrations using Data Loader and similar tools.
• Debug production issues, conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, maintain 85% test coverage, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with complex projects and multi-cloud environments.
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, including Service Cloud and at least one additional Salesforce module.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, scheduled and batch classes, and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, DevOps tools, and Agile collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator certification.
• Solution or technical architecture experience.
• Service Cloud implementation design, build, and support experience.
