Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Define architecture standards for data, integrations, security, customization, and platform maintainability.
• Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Design CMDB, discovery, service mapping, and complex IntegrationHub and REST API implementations.
• Lead major platform upgrades, release planning, and multi-year platform roadmaps.
• Influence engineering, business, and executive stakeholders through clear communication and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least eight years of ServiceNow experience, including significant architecture or technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including the data model, scripting, scoped applications, and platform internals.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, CMDB, discovery, service mapping, platform security, ACLs, and role design.
• Experience leading major upgrades and release planning, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications, especially the Certified Technical Architect credential.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or other AI-driven ServiceNow features.
• Experience with multi-instance, multi-region deployments and integrations with Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Familiarity with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
