ServiceNow Solutions Architect (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid work at or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid Atlantic Region, with on- and off-client-site work. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, and Virtual Agent solutions.
• Build workflows, applications, automations, dashboards, and integrations.
• Improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
• Enhance data-driven decision-making through analytics and business intelligence.
• Support federal human capital management compliance and IT modernization initiatives.
• Test, maintain, and document solution components, deployments, and support procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology.
• ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Technical execution capability and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at or near Alexandria, Virginia, is required.
