Senior Partner Solutions Architect (Supply Chain)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $122,200–$183,400 annually for Zone 1 US locations; $114,200–$171,400 annually for Zone 2 US locations, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Evaluate supplier, OEM, retailer, and distributor partnership opportunities and demonstrate hirify.global’s supply chain integration capabilities.
• Own the technical integration journey from discovery and pre-build through production, including catalog, pricing, availability, and procurement workflows.
• Provide hands-on API support for V2 and V3 integrations, including credentialing, setup, troubleshooting, and production go-lives.
• Advise partners and system integrators on architecture, middleware, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and maintainable API implementations.
• Lead technical certification against functional, security, performance, and compliance standards, tracking remediation through resolution.
• Identify API gaps, translate partner feedback into product requirements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, R&D, Channel Management, and Enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, customer support, or technical account management.
• Deep hands-on experience designing, testing, debugging, and documenting RESTful APIs.
• Supply chain, procurement, or distribution expertise, including catalog management, real-time pricing and availability, and electronic procurement workflows.
• Experience supporting external partners through integration builds from design through production.
• Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing tools and a solid understanding of OAuth 2.0.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with ERP, field service management, or similar operational platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, developer platforms, and partner or marketplace programs.
