What you will do

• Partner with channel managers to evaluate inbound interest and conduct technical demonstrations for prospective partners.
• Own the technical journey for supply chain partners, providing hands-on API support and troubleshooting.
• Review and advise on partner solution architectures to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead the technical certification process for integrations prior to production publication.
• Collaborate with R&D and technical writers to build developer assets like integration guides and middleware templates.
• Conduct API gap analysis and influence the product roadmap based on partner and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
• Deep, hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including design, testing, and debugging.
• Demonstrated domain expertise in supply chain, procurement, or distribution.
• Strong understanding of authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0 and integration patterns (webhooks, event-driven architectures).
• Proficiency with Postman and similar API development tools.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience building integrations for operational or field service management platforms (ERP, FSM).
• Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and developer platforms.
