What you will do

• Serve as the technical and functional lead for Oracle EPM Planning solutions, owning platform architecture and design standards.
• Architect and enhance enterprise financial planning applications for workforce, capital, revenue, and operating expenses.
• Lead the design of driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning frameworks.
• Oversee data integrations between Oracle EPM and upstream/downstream systems including Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, and PeopleSoft.
• Establish and enforce governance, documentation standards, and change management best practices.
• Coordinate work with third-party contractors and mentor internal analysts and developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing and enhancing Oracle EPM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM Planning / EPBCS (Planning Cloud).
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and financial statement structures.
• Hands-on experience with EPM data integration tools such as FDMEE, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
• Must be based in or able to work in Florham Park, NJ on a hybrid basis.
• Experience operating in SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments.

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credentials.
