Integration Architect (ServiceNow & SharePoint)

Location: Hybrid work at or near 401 Dulany Street, Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic region; work is performed on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Design integration architecture across ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, HR systems, and workforce planning tools.
• Connect enterprise systems and enable scalable, interoperable integration solutions.
• Define target-state architecture, design standards, and implementation patterns.
• Translate mission and user requirements into secure, compliant technical solutions.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Guide technical decisions and support cross-functional delivery for federal human capital modernization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 8+ years of architecture experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint Online development and integration support.
• Knowledge of APIs and middleware.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
